The Challenge
Sharp Healthcare approached us to develop a new social media campaign. The goal of this campaign is to portray Sharp Healthcare as a meaningful and fulfilling place to work that provides high-quality work opportunities. They want to highlight it as a great place to work. It will showcase the collective embodiment of the people who work there, and celebrate those who consistently strive for excellence. The campaign will primarily focus on three key areas: Nursing, IT, and Rehabilitation (Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists).
Ultimately, the campaign aims to attract and retain top talent in these fields by showcasing the positive and rewarding work environment at Sharp Healthcare.
The Solution
From survey results to word-of-mouth; community reputation to online ratings and reviews, it’s clear that people love working at Sharp. This shared commitment is what shapes Sharp’s amazing team, trusted leadership, connection to the community, and mutual respect all — patients, neighbors, physicians, volunteers, colleagues, and beyond. This concept celebrates the value SHARP sees in each of its employees. Together, these individuals make SHARP, SHARP.
Art Direction
For the mood board designs, we aimed to explore Sharp Healthcare's secondary colors, which are rarely used on their corporate website. We also incorporated a gradient glow effect within those colors to emphasize the individual featured in the center. Additionally, we used a bold, all-caps typeface that stretches across each individual, with a different headline representing each career area.

The client loved how we captured the essence of working at Sharp Healthcare and gave us the go-ahead to build out their careers site and social campaign.
