The Challenge
McAfee was in need for a brand refresh. They were looking for a new brand that reflected inspiration in leadership, purpose, value , and the future at McAfee.
The Solution
The creative platform needed to articulate the employer brand in a way that is authentic, approachable, inspirational, and true. The manner in which it is presented — highlighting the individuals who bring our mission to life — not only expresses our EVP Pillars and Core Positioning to new talent, it celebrates our current employees: the people who shape our brand every day.
Art Direction
We started with a photoshoot to capture McAfee's employees in their career areas. Each employee would be the forefront focus of the creative refresh. The headlines
pose questions that capture the enormity and scope of our shared mission. They establish a direct connection to the impact that each McAfee employee has, supporting the core positioning fof “create something powerful.”

The Results
The creative rebrand was well received by the client, and as a result, it allowed us to refresh McAfee's careers website.
