The Challenge
The team was tasked with creating a printable or digital deliverable to help guide Mach49's clients toward understanding their personality types within the company. Based on their characteristics, each person was categorized as an Explorer, Doer, Tinkerer, or Protector.
The Solution
After brainstorming ideas, the team agreed that tarot cards would be the best deliverable format. These could be printed and distributed or used digitally.
Art Direction
For the art direction, I wanted fun illustrations that would work well as tarot cards. I explored image prompts in Midjourney and generated many options before settling on the following:
The Explorer: A telescope-like device
The Doer: A hand holding a lightning rod
The Tinkerer: Two lug nuts crisscrossing each other
The Protector: A bird inside a cage

Once the team approved the illustrations, I vectorized them in Illustrator and adjusted the colors.

The Results
The team loved the direction and we went ahead a created social assets that would be used for LinkedIn and for a website in the near future.
